Thank you to those of you who dropped in for our first coffee get together at Lincoln Drill Hall. It was so lovely to see our long-time supporters, alongside some fresh faces. Drinks were on the house care of us and we had the chance to tell you about our fundraising and volunteering opportunities and the support and grants our charity offers to make living with cerebral palsy that bit easier.
We'll be holding a coffee get together once a month from now on and anyone affected by cerebral palsy is welcome. It's a great chance to share ideas, issues and opportunities and everyone loves a coffee and a catch up!

Our special thanks to everyone who braved the heat and attended our AGM meeting in Grimsby yesterday. With plenty of hydration, a selection of stylish fans and some lively discussion and ideas, we all had a very successful time. Our two new Trustees, Phillip Norton and Carrie Jensen, were welcomed onboard by two of our longer standing Trustees, Sue Lawson and Brenda Dickinson. A combination that celebrates 65 years of supporting those with Cerebral Palsy in Lincolnshire. The Team are looking forward to an exciting and developing 2019/20 year ahead.
We're happy to announce we're one of three charities chosen to take part in Waitrose's Community Matters scheme. £1,000 is up for grabs between us, so please show your support through the month of July by shopping at Waitrose and placing your green community token in the appropriate box. A donation like this could help us to provide a grant to someone with cerebral palsy and help to make their life easier.
